Looking for an actual measured weight on the Tikka T3x Superlite in 300 WM. I see values from 6.0lbs to 6.7lbs around different web sites and retailers and they typically are not specifying the caliber for the weight listed.

Thanks in advance.

Here’s a t3 super lite in 300wm with the fluted barrel and With the Magazine, pretty sure no shells in mag. That was before it’s gender change. God I hated that thing!

I just picked one up...this is straight from the box:
"t3x rh 300win/10 slight fl odg"
24.3"
JRTXGSL31R10
6 lbs 1.5 Oz

Where did you find one? They seem to be out of stock everywhere?

I snagged one from locked and loaded for $650 in mid-nov.
It doesn't have a ss barrel (not sure if they make that combo with OD stock), but couldn't pass it up.

So your rifle is the T3x lite. With blued finish

In 300wm and 24” barrel And weighs 6lb 1.5oz?

Is that correct?

I have the same gun in 6.5 CM. The barrel has a phosphate (parkerized) finish.

Here you go. T3X Superlight out of the box new. On a calibrated scale on perfectly level granite slab. 7mm mag which is same barrel length, magazine, etc at the 300 you asked about.

Perfect! can you share the caliber? it looks like the stainless steel barrel also.
Edited it to add it’s a 7mm mag. Superlight stainless with the fluted barrel (like all Superlights).

Same barrel length and magazine as the 300 win mag. The win mag may be an ounce or so lighter than the 7 mag.

Not that it is helpful, but the new super lite stainless 7mm-08 I just picked up was also 5lbs, 15 ounces. May have been 15.7 if I remember correctly.

Here is mine exactly how I pack it. 3 in the mag and 5 on the stock. I did have the bolt fluted, changed the bottom metal and added a titanium/carbon bolt handle on it.
I won’t lie, it’s got a bit of recoil, but it’s never left a mark on me. Its money to 700 and beyond, but the furthest I’ve shot anything it was around 570.

Caliber? Looks like 300 WM cartridge on the side. Just checking.

Also I LOVE This setup.

Yea I’m officially in love with this setup. I think I’m going to build something off the T3x Superlite.

Thanks for the encouragement showing my it’s possible with more economical components.
