They are 6"x6" pieces of Kydex shaped on the stock and fastened with Velcro

I also have an elk tag in a state that allows .22 cal centerfires this fall...

The leupold you have on there have any issues or you just replace it after the eval?

Elk tag in a state that allows .22cal sounds like an opportunity to add a picture to the epic .223 thread.

@Buzby, what kind of adjustable butt plate is that on the .223? How difficult was it to fit it to your stock? I would like to add negative drop at the heel to one of my stocks and I really like how yours turned out.

Had an extra KRG plate, worked well to raise the recoil pad. Bolted recoil pad to plate, drilled plate w desired rise.

Non adjustable. I made it out of some 1/8” stainless flat stock

This thread cracks me up ... what should have been a bunch of photos of pretty much the same rifles (as the OP stated) ends up having all sorts of Easter Eggs of great mods ... standby, and I'll add mine soon!

PS Seeing as the 'OG' Rokslide special is in 223 with a factory stock, do we need a separate thread for all of the 'Super Specials' (6 or 6.5 Creed in a Bravo)? And what happens when Stockys Rok Stock drops? This is gonna get confusement ...
