Tikka mags: Orange, 223, flush, etc. project / future product

The UM (saum) is a WSM diameter case if I am not mistaken, slightly bigger than the PRC.
It is not, it is based off the SAUM case (the original name was 6SAUM Improved UM). It is SAUM diameter, not WSM.

"For those interested, the 6UM is made from the 6.5 SAUM necked down to 6mm with the shoulder blown out to 40 degrees. This cartridge was primarily developed by Unknown Munitions in Post Falls, Idaho. Contact https://www.unknownmunitions.com/ for more information."

I said it was based off the SUAM. Which I thought was the same case diameter as the WSM, which it is, they are .55” diameter cases at the bottom of the body. Which is larger than the PRC. Tikka has WSM mags which are wider internally than the PRC, that’s why I mentioned WSM.

Well it is only .005" diff but the WSM is .555" and the SAUM is .550" and you are correct with the SAUM being larger than the PRC.
