I’m going to look into that, thanks!

Edit- 0.4lbs yikes that’s a bit heavy for a lightweight chasis
it is heavier than I’d like, so it doesn’t stay on if I need the gun super light. I think the delta between the standard recoil pad and 2 spacers & the adjustable pad is 3-4 oz. I don’t need spacers when using the adjustable pad as it adds about the equivalent of 2 spacers in length.

To be fair, I did not try this. How much did you find it to improve the recoil impulse?

It helps considerably in spotting impacts, imo, same as how the Rokstok does. I find it helps especially when shooting prone.

Yes. 223 & 6 CM so far. Even with the 223 it’s better with the raised pad. I wish they would make a lighter version, but this stays on most of the time.
I can't seem to find anywhere near me that has the chassis in stock to hold it. May have to try and find a rifle that uses the stock in a store I guess. Do you know of any large retailers that carry these chassis in store?

Where do you live? Likely someone nearby you could meet up with.

Regardless of trying before buying, if you can financially swing it, I don't think you'll find any issues with the HNT26. It's my favorite stock, and I'm not even a chassis guy. In addition, everyone who's used mine feels the same way. This chassis isn't just hard to beat; in the current market, it's impossible to beat.

Well that is what I had initially thought, it just seems like such a sweet setup that it would be hard not to like it.

What is your thoughts on the full acra rail? Do you actually use the whole thing on occasion or would I be better off just getting a small arca plate in front of the mag and then a small picatinny rail up front for my bipod?
