Do you let the one shot flash off after spraying?

Gallon ziploc.
Dump dirty brass into ziploc.
Spray One shot into gallon bag like its brake cleaner.
Open ziploc bag as wide as it goes.
Leave bag open for a few minutes while you grab a beer or shitpost on rokslide.
Start depriming.

The key is letting one shot dry.

Spraying lube inside the die, may be your issue. I've never done that or felt I needed to. I will use a dry clean patch/ cloth to clean them out over a few hundred rounds. I clean my brass before resizing, even tho thats not popular on here. Doesn't cost me any time since I reload over days, not all processes at one sit down. Pretty rare for me to have excess resistance on sizing since I started this process.

I do on my Redding T7. I also use the primer tool on my Co-Ax.

I ain’t in that big a hurry. I keep plenty of loaded ammo on hand and only replenish when I get below a certain amount.

I do sometimes. It’s slow, but if I’m not doing a bunch of volume I’ll do it that way every once in a while.

For your match primer question, the Hornady guys hosted the CCI/Federal/Remington rimfire and primer folks on their podcast and they confirmed the only difference in match primers are they go through additional QC checks and are produced by more senior operators.
