Price gouging and double the price on certain primers compared to other vendors. Why?
I'm in for 50 bucks on team Dirty.Your team dirty.

I used to, it just takes too long vs. Hand priming for me. Plus I usually sit on the couch, watching a show or something when I'm hand priming. My reloading "room" is my garage tho.Does no one just prime on their single stage press??

The universal one though, I'm not the only person that's had a shellholder version not seat all brands fully and cause issues..Hahah. It doesn’t matter. An RCBS hand priming tool makes as accurate ammo as anything else. Don’t let reloading dorks, get you dorking out about things that do not matter.
There are a ton of threads on getting started reloading, just search that forum. You can get into it pretty cheap but you'll be doing most of the work, or spend a ton of money and make it damn near automated. I'm about like Jamey Johnson in that regard, somewhere between Jennings and Jones.Yeah I’ve read that. Just wanted equipment knowledge though. I’ll start a thread when I’m not lazy.
We gave that up a very long time ago in my household.
Bruh…..
Midsouth had CCI benchrest (BR-2 and BR-4) primers at $249.95/case for BF last year.double the price on certain primers compared to other vendors.
Cheaper equipment, just requires more time and elbow grease. When I started reloading 25+ years ago, my ammo was still accurate enough for all my needs. Manual powder throw, only measured COAL not CBTO, crappy brass, mixed brass, cheap dies, junk trimmer, beam scale.
Seriously!? You'll never hit your target like that.I still only measure COAL lol

Knowing next to nothing about reloading, I'd love to see a 'fast and easy' vs 'slow and/or hard' showdown (or breakdown) - and, as @atmat mentioned above, what equipment allows this ... in other words, what's a good basic setup, but that is as consistent, fast, and least mucking around as possible? Something that applies engineering to what could otherwise be screwed up, or take a long time, but doesn't overdo stuff that doesn't.
Another way to put it would be 'What set up allows for the fastest reloading output with acceptable results'. Or 'What is the reloading set-up for people who don't want to spend a lot of time reloading ... hope that makes sense.
From a very distant vantage point, reloading seems to be something where either people are given a giant list of very expensive things to buy, or told to go with something basic, only to then decide they need something better and faster. Would be great to have a '101' for this.
Told you. I’m a certain kind of special at breaking stuff. It’s not for lack of “One Shot”, can’t bring my self to say the other word.
Getting them stuck in the die?
