Does no one just prime on their single stage press??

I picked up a bunch of reloading equipment 2nd hand. Old guy movin on with life.

Anyway, he had a cheaper Lee press that he only used for priming. So that’s how I’ve been using it. It’s my dedicated large rifle primer station.

I also use an rcbs hand primer for the small rifle primers.

Hahah. It doesn’t matter. An RCBS hand priming tool makes as accurate ammo as anything else. Don’t let reloading dorks, get you dorking out about things that do not matter.
The universal one though, I'm not the only person that's had a shellholder version not seat all brands fully and cause issues..

Yeah I’ve read that. Just wanted equipment knowledge though. I’ll start a thread when I’m not lazy.
There are a ton of threads on getting started reloading, just search that forum. You can get into it pretty cheap but you'll be doing most of the work, or spend a ton of money and make it damn near automated. I'm about like Jamey Johnson in that regard, somewhere between Jennings and Jones.

I was loading while listening to their last podcast. Made me laugh thinking about it. I've loaded accurate ammo for years on literally the cheapest kit you can get. Sure I don't love it but it's what I can afford. If I find the right bullet and powder it's super easy. I don't load develop like most know it. Painless all the way💪

Cheaper equipment, just requires more time and elbow grease. When I started reloading 25+ years ago, my ammo was still accurate enough for all my needs. Manual powder throw, only measured COAL not CBTO, crappy brass, mixed brass, cheap dies, junk trimmer, beam scale.
