The Shoot2hunt Podcast

Aspectus incognitus - Literally “unknown sight” (adjective follows noun, natural order).

Playing on that theme;
Incognito
Aspectus

Scopus incognitus – “unknown aim or target” (adjective follows noun, natural order).

Kryptomma (κρυπτόμμα) – “hidden sight/eye” or “a secret glance that aims or discloses.

Kryptops (κρυπτώψ) – “hidden eye/sight” or “concealed vision that targets or reveals.”

(asphalés)
which means "safe, secure, certain, reliable."
(axiopistía)
which translates to "credibility," "reliability," or "trustworthiness."

Hardpoint DT

Hardpoint - Aviation term, reinforced location to mount weapons

DT - Drop Test, the test that started it all

Then as these sell faster than Pokémon cards and new models are green lit for production, future models just change the letter designators.

Hardpoint K (fixed 6x)
Hardpoint RS (3-9)

Corvus or Corvus oculus or a variation/ combination of the two would fit the theme of raven eye
Coroculus
Coroculus one
Coroculus DT as mentioned above also sounds pretty cool

Given that we already have a decent 6x42 option, I'd propose instead two that bracket it: A 7x50 and a 5x35.

I like it! I was just spitballing something small, had a K can in my head and liked the connection since everyone shoots suppressed these days and everyone knows a k can is the little guy!

...sounds like some sort of extremely unpleasant medical condition.

I think the whole fixation on trying to name everything in Latin is kind of cringe and childish. It all sounds like dungeons and dragons items or medical conditions where you can't control your bowels.

The cross-section of people who know what "Formidulosus" means is already just Rokslide and children who play Roblox.

I kind of agree with this. I do like including DT for drop test though
