Correct. A lot of guys will use a frozen water bottle. Breaks up the adhesions and the ice reduces inflammation. Are you referring to rolling out the tendon in the arch of the foot?
Run Pain Relief.Which one do you use?

The sock thing with the strap just didn't work for me. Don't remember what it was called
Update? Did you order the boot? How's it going?Wow this Planter Fasciitis has me limping with pain. Anyone else dealt with it?
I'm a little nervous with the season fast approaching and a stretch and hope it goes away prognosis, got to be a better way.
Anything help like fitted insoles or more cushioned shoes? At this point it's really negatively impacting my movement.

I got it from tying a 225lb whitetail whole, to a 12 foot long pole and carrying him 1.5 miles back to the truck in cheap work boots.Sheep feet insoles helped mine. Took around a month each time.
Mine was caused from carrying heavy loads with bad shoes (not using the sheep feet insoles). After the second time i realized it was that pair of shes paired with heavy weight would cause it. It seemed to linger until i got the insoles the forst time. Then like i said above about a month later i was pain free.
I now have a dedicated hunting boot pair in both sets of my noots. and a half insert for my work shoes.. i still have the original pair in my hunting boots. They are beat up but they are 8 years old i think and still work fine. The key is keep them from getting waterlogged.
I would recommend getting a good physical therapist. There are specific stretches and strengthening exercises that can make a huge difference. I had it for an extended time and when I finally started going to a physical therapist it started getting better and eventually went away, that was about 2-3 years ago. I still do some of the stretching and strengthening exercises that were recommended and have not had any issues since.Wow this Planter Fasciitis has me limping with pain. Anyone else dealt with it?
