The Rokslide 95 (Ruger American 😁)

Supposedly, the other cartridges have a 3 round double stack magazine and not the rotary version like the original Gen 1 did. Would be interesting to see one of the 223 models in person to see the magazine and how it works.

Ruger partnered with Duramag for the collaboration and now Ruger offers several models with the flush fit AR mag. That’s what this Glenfield is; you can see the AR mag release button:

Nice. I'll be getting one. If I don't like the rifle I'll make it a 6x45. They are sub $400 all in on gunbroker currently.

I’ll definitely get one; I held one recently up at Bass Pro and that splatter paint job adds a good texture. But I had been holding out for the 223.

Yes. Most are between $350 and $400 plus shipping/CC fee/Transfer fee/tax. I'd say you could realistically get one for $425 all in after transferring. I'm in Montana so no tax, find one with either free shipping or no CC fee and I'll have one for around $390 in my hands.

Took my new Gen II Patrol in 6mm ARC out last weekend. Scoped with a 10x42 SWFA. Screwed on an AB A-10 suppressor and went to work.

My thoughts... I'm going to want to change the trigger spring to something lighter, or maybe I'll just cut a coil or two.

I like that the barrel doesn't have that spiral fluting.

Accuracy seems about equal to anything else I own.

The stock design stinks. It is stiff enough, however.

All in all, I really like it. I wanted a 6mm ARC with a 16" threaded barrel from the factory, and this was sort of the only choice.

I really want a rokstock for this one.

You need to just dump the stupid blade style trigger and spring for a timney or jard straight....

After seeing MCarbo's spring I pulled springs from a few different pens and tested out each one in the trigger. I settled on one that has the trigger at 2.5 lbs. If you do this be sure to drop the rifle a few times to make sure it is drop safe.

I forgot to add that the rifle had to go back to Ruger for ā€œchamber repairā€ before I ever fired it. Works great now.
