Obviously I switch to the smaller mag in actual use, but it looks hilarious like this. 10.7” 300blk sbr.

Thought I would pull the truck gun out today for the first time in a while and see how it’s faired over the last few months.
Cold bore is right above the 1.
It did as it always does.

RAR with Mcgowen 284 Winchester barrel. Bell and Carlson stock and Pacific tool and gauge bottom metal. Started life as a .30-06. Good shooter so far. Hopefully stockys will have some better stock options for these rifles at some point.

All 4 of these were taken with a bone stock RA in 270 win with 130 core-lokt. The gun just shoots them well.

Was switching the bottom metal pretty straight forward? My RAP is great and extremely accurate. But I HATE the rotary mags.

If the factory stock has the removable mag well, it can be swapped out for the AICS mag well.

I had to mill the stock out in order to fit the bottom metal. Did it on a bridgeport.

Unfortunately they don’t offer anything from factory for the long action rifles only the short action.

Nice. Much easier to find aftermarket parts for. The bell and carlson aics bottom metal will probably fit nice and clean.

Gen2 - 5.56 with OCL Hydrogen L and a .350 with OCL Lithium. Only had them out once so far, but both seem to be plenty accurate enough for me.

If hat has the magwell that is a separate piece from the stock, then it’s just a matter of swapping the rotary magwell for the AICS magwell.

How you liking the ruger 22 arc? Have an upper showing up soon but was looking at the gen 2 arc as well
