The Raven: Unknown Munitions Tikka Clone action coming soon?

Sorry if this has been discussed but do we know if there will be any modifications done to the action to better handle new higher pressure cartridges? My understanding is that the Tikka action is not equipped to run these cartridges..
Your understanding is incorrect.

Can you explain?
The 80k load is almost entirely borne by the case, which does not expand like a brass case does. Pressure borne by the action is almost entirely in the throat. Steels used in actions and barrels have yield strengths well north of 200,000 PSI. EU actions are rigorously tested to higher pressures than ours.

Probably a little late for requests, but if this thing had a quick-change barrel option (ala Terminus/Seekins) it'd be perfect. Guessing that would require a little tenon modification, though.

Also, by my math, a Ti option would be like 18.2 oz. That would be neat.

With an integrated pic rail to easily and quickly remove your scope, it’s about a 5 minute job to put the barrel in a barrel vise and use an action wrench to change out barrels. Super easy.

I think on a podcast they mentioned building rifles at Unknown Munitions based on this action. Something kind of like an off the shelf Tikka but more caliber/barrel length options?

Is this the place to we'll hear updates on that rifle project?

Josh at PVA has said the Terminus (aka Curtis system) QC doesn't work like the one in an Accuracy International rifle, for instance. And because it's not putting preload on the tenon threads, it's prone to zero shifts.

I'm curious to find out which system the Seekins uses though.

No preload on tennon threads with seekins either. Basically just hand tight and then a single screw that clamps the tennon. Not a feature I see as desirable but i haven't used/tested it either.

Probably. It’s going to be called the Corax, built on the Raven action and available in the Rokstok Lite or regular Rokstok.
