Where would the best venue be to meet and chat with several European outfitters?

SCI? DSC? Any other similar upcomming conventions with a European focus?
In all these conventions usually go many European outffiters , but maybe not the best place.. The best place will be go to some European convention usually Germany has the best , followed by Spain. Here you will have hundreds European outffiters with better price

How hard is it to get on a cull type hunt. Not our version of a “cull” but rather “We need 50 more pigs shot”. Or should I just book a 3 or 4:day hunt and live with the consequences. Also better to just rent a rifle or go thru the red tape to bring in my own. I would be looking at a 7mm-08 or 30-06.
Nobody is going to warranty you 50 pigs in free range , although sometimes in some driven hunts they hunt a big number than this. If you only want pigs I recommend you book 3-4 hunts. Also you can go to some driven hunt that offer you the pigs + some of the other animals ( mouflon, roe, deer , even ibex)

Game Fair in Paris might be your best bet to see the most outfitters for what you are looking for. SCI has a handful from several countries as well, but will have many more African outfitters.

Each country has their own traditions but also history. That also makes each country unique and warrant their own adventures. I loved the UK for the different histories there. My fallow felt like being in Narnia. Spain has lots of critters, but as stated you'll likely focuses on just a few each time. France is a real treat, staying in a 600 year old chateau is just unbeatable.

I’m not looking to shot 50 pigs. Actually figure if I get a few shots I’ll be doing good. Not looking for a trophy head either. Just want to experience the whole deal. Really don’t care which species either. Guess I’m focusing on pigs because they seem to be everywhere and seem to create as many problems there as here. So I figure the powers that be are fairly liberal with their allocations. I’ve watched the wild boar fever and driven hunts shows on tv and think it would fun to experience. Plus I’ve spent my career in Forestry and would like to see first hand some European forests. As someone said spending a night or two in one of those chateaus would be neat also

A driven boar hunt sounds pretty fun, I'd buy something like a Merkel Helix for such a hunt.

I totally agree with you. France is such a special place! I visited through https://gowithguide.com/France and had the chance to explore some of their amazing ruins, historic buildings, and those stunning scenic views. I even got to do some hunting while I was there. The whole experience was unforgettable, and I loved every moment of it!

I am currently stationed in Germany and went through the process a couple years ago to get my Jagdschein (hunting licence). I have hunted here in Germany on my Revier, Slovenia,Slovakia, CZ, Poland. Lots of opportunities to hunt here. I have enjoyed it, but it can get expensive!
