Help narrow down a first European Hunt Destination.

I'd really like to hunt in Europe, the question is where, and for what?

I'm open to all countries, all big game species.

If you were looking for that quintessential European hunt experience, where would you go and what would you hunt?

Driven boar hunt? Mountain game? One of the deer species?

A destination that provides the opportunity to hunt multiple species would be an added bonus.

Looks like it's going to be Spain, lots of options there. Lots of Culture for the wife.
