No. Same basic parameters- 300k and less and you won’t have any/many issues. Get above that and it starts becoming more likely as you go up. At 3,500fps with an 8” twist, it’ll be 315,000 RPM. I’m comfortable with that.
You think that’s all you’ll get? My guess would have been 3800fps. Complete guess though

Do you have any other info on this bullet how closely it’s related to the 88 and 80 eldm, along with the 77tmk?

Not enough to say definitively yet. It does have a slightly thicker jacket than the ELD-M’s.

Curious why you would go down this road when the 88 eldm is available.

Experimentation, and the slightly thicker jacket should help with excessive RPM’s. And, I am not completely satisfied with the type of wound channel of the 88gr. Don’t take that too negatively.

Have you had experience with the 88gr in something a little slower like the 22 Creedmoor? Or does the 80gr eldm have a better wound channel there also?

All of my experience with the 88gr is in 22CM and 223. The 88gr kills well.

The primal rights dude is doing the 22 prc ackly right now with a 1-8. He said his fire form loads were hitting 3400 with an 85.5gr berg.

@Ryan Avery What length barrel should a guy go with for suppressor use? I have an ultra nine I will be using, 22 creed says it needs 18 inches and 6.5 Saum says 20 inches.

Also how many bushings is it going to take to make brass?

Let’s say a guy wanted to run a bullet under 70 grains for shooting coyotes with one of these. What bullet would hold together at these speeds?

I didn’t specify, it’s going to be an ace barrel since that seems to be what unknown prefers to use. Is there something specific I should ask for?
Not new to wildcats by any means but this one is definitely going to be at the upper end of what’s possible, so I would rather not have a bullet eater due to a twist or rifling mistake.

Just work with UM. Tell them what you expect and they will guide you. They are very good to work with and won't send you down the wrong path.

0.219 bore rather than 0.218 from what I've heard. I just waited 6 months for an ACE 219 bore blank. Hopefully they are a little quicker with them now that they got tooling squared away for that diameter though.
