I’m in for two 18” factory lite contour with 1/2 or 5/8 threaded. Fluted or unfluted
Stainless
1::7.5
Stainless
1::7.5
It would not be a huge number, for sure. But, I can run a few if two or three want it.
I can do the Preferred Barrel Lite contour with 1/2” threads.
I anm going to explore even lighter options with Preferred or others. That gets to new contours, added up front costs.
But, I know that there is some demand from Rokslide. That is what I am trying to determine here.
In the 22 creed thread they wanted 5/8 and hybrid lite for the most part.
Don’t give up on it.
5/8 or 1/2?Whatever steel barrels you stock, order 18-22" (depending upon cartridge) barrels which are as light as possible while retaining the ability to thread them. There is no reason for a heavy countour hunting barrel.
I have the hybrid lite configuration listed right now. It is thick enough for no flare at 5/8
You want lighter?
Any benefit to a 1:7.5 or 1:7 twist?6-284
18"
Tikka lite contour or lighter w muzzle flare to 5/8 thread
1:8
Stainless
No flutes for cost savings
It would be 1/2 threaded then. You ok with that?I would buy a lighter contour.
It would be 1/2 threaded then. You ok with that?
They will be in the store.I'll take a 20in 6cm please.......
It would be 1/2 threaded then. You ok with that?
IMO I always want 5/8x24
Tbac 1/2x28 cb brakes are all 22 cal and I don’t want to run a bushing.
5/8 opens up so much more imo
Incorrect. If you call and ask for one, they have 1/2-28 with 30 bore available but they don't advertise them on the site.
I agree on the 5/8. Switching Suppressor adapters is super annoying
I would definitely like a super light contour, even if it means a 1/2- It’s not hard to loctite on an adapter. But a bell to a 5/8 would be even better.Not an issue for those of us using HUB with cb, etc.
I'd take the 1/2-28 if it means a super light profile.
