Been super busy getting orders out and the barreled actions will be shipping. There have been lots of changes which slows me down more than I thought.

I was out shooting for three days with the AZ shoot, and put my phone away to enjoy it.

6 PRC barrels (and only 6 PRC) and potential clickers.

I believed the PBB reamer did not need testing. Not sure the reason, but for future orders, I will buy my own reamer. PBB already has my 6 UM reamers, which is why it is not available on their site.

I have shot two of the 6 PRC barrels. One with several types of brass on multiple firings. I didn’t run many at extreme pressure. I didn’t have clickers or any problem.

I got two reports of 6 PRC clickers on second firings from virgin brass. So, if you are already starting break in, maybe run some once fired brass sooner rather than later. If you are breaking in, please let me know as soon as anything bothers you.

All reports on accuracy have been fantastic…

I am communicating with Preferred to see whether they want the barrel’s with clicker sent direct to them or whether I need to have the clicker barrels sent to me first for evaluation.

If you have clickers, I have some barrels I can start with replacement once I figure out more and decide what sort of problem this is. Until I know more I am holding them.

in the meantime, if you have a barrel with clickers and want to help me do some testing with dies, brass, bump to see if more sizing helps, a second test barrel, please reach out to me. I’ll cover shipping and other costs, and include components. PM.

Also, anyone with a 6 PRC barrel that is scared off of it with the two reports, please let me know. I will take any back that are unfired for refund.

Lemme shoot what I have and get with the others.

I got a little more information from one shooter. Still nothing definitive, but that sounds like it could be that the clicker is the first sign of excessive pressure. I am all for pushing cartridges as hard as possible, but there are limits. Pressure is pressure. Sometimes it is the premium brass that hides traditional pressure signs like ejection swipes so you get clicker's first.

I'll get to the bottom of it, and make it right. If you are expecting to run the barrel hard and put it up wet, as a cowboy buddy used to say, probably reach out to me before you spin it on. Not sure that we'll meet that expectation.

16 and 18" barrels in stock for 22 creed and 6 creed
18" 6 arc and 22 arc with actions

I might stock:
18 or 20" 25 creed
18" .223 Wylde or .223 AI

I am talking with some other barrel companies and will consider pre-sales and stocking their barrels, but that is in the distant future.

I got over my skis a bit since December. I am doing all the work on the LS Wild Armory side, my partner is doing the LS Wild side. I am super swamped with finishing this big pre-order and getting the last of them shipped out.

I have another job, so I do this nights and weekends. I am staying with it, and will keep working on projects. I just need to keep it balanced.

Thank you for the well detailed response! Love what you guys are doing, and I can only imagine the headaches involved. Will continue to follow along and purchase tikka pre-fits as you get them in stock.

I was told on the 10th that he had the action and would be gathering info to ship. I checked back on the 20th and was told it would ship the next week. I checked back again last Thursday and Friday asking for a straight forward answer on shipping but haven't gotten a response. I know he got way behind but it's been close to a month since he told me he had it and would be shipping it soon. Just wondering if this is a me problem, or if others are having the same experience.

P.S. I also ordered a barrel and have had that for 3 weeks now.
