Just ordered a 10x, will update with experience when recieved.
The Gen 2 knobs look to be a little longer than the original HD. I guess for the zero stop? Could have mby left the windage shorter but I suppose that'd be two different knobs and turret internals and could raise price.LOVE the pic....the gen 2 has the hd turrets that people were all about. Possibly may get one. SWFA said the exact same companies making gen 2s reg/hd. So same quality!

A couple of years ago, they told me they could ship Downunder. If that's a no-go now, you might find a fellow Rokslider who's happy to on-ship if you cover costs plus a thank-you gift.Hey you are in australia yes? Do you know if they ship to here or do you know of a supplier? Iv emailed them a few times about it and never get a response
Yep, they're about as cool as fishnet baselayers, mukaluks, woolen vests, thick woolen jumpers. wood-stocked rifles ...I've had a UL, 6x, 10x, 3-9hd, and 3-15. I have never been disappointed in the optical quality and never been or felt hindered by the optical quality.
They aren't cool to look at but they usually work.
As long as ol' JG didn't give the kid any advice about optics or shooting, I'd say they got a pretty good deal.My 2-10 sucked so bad in the ER department I gave it to the kid down the street. It's very comforting to know if you buy one of these SWFA's off the site you also need rubber caps, tap and die, and a hacksaw to make it serviceable
Use an importer. I have used Prophet River for my last 3 scopes. Email them and they’ll advise of the process.Does anyone one know how to get a Gen 2 to canada? I've got previous models imported from Europe but I emailed the distributor and they arnt expecting any gen 2 models at the moment.

Do you have a gen 1 to compare these to? Curious if they are still pretty much the same or if there appear to some internal changes like reticle thickness glass etc.Got the 3x15 and the 10x yesterday. Not bad at all. Tall caps with slimmer knods installed at factory. comes with the large turret in the box. Clicks feel ok to me. I really don't see much issue with the tall turrets for hunting .the zero stop should keep everything in check if you slip a turret while moving. JMHO.
Also curious about how the 3-15 compares to the previous gen. I’ve read quite a few unfavorable reports about the image quality in the gen 1 3-15’sDo you have a gen 1 to compare these to? I'm happy with my gen 1 for what's it worth. It doesn't blow you away but that's expected. Also curious about how the 3-15 compares to the previous gen. I’ve read quite a few unfavorable reports about the image quality in the gen 1 3-15’s
I haven’t used one but have seen quite a few users disappointed with image quality over like 10xI'm happy with my gen 1 for what's it worth. It doesn't blow you away but that's expected.
