SWFA website updated; More to come in 2024

At least the RS1.2 is still available after an entire two days, so we have something to be thankful for. :)

I wonder what the combination of existing market penetration plus shooting themselves in the foot will mean for how long the current stock lasts.

My only prediction would be that the current batch of RS1.2s sells out before the SWFAs come to market ... but more than happy if that doesn't come true.
I clicked wrong ordering an RS1.2 and had to cancel the order, then I reordered about 29 hours later and my order number was 101 higher than the one from the day before. I would guess they sold 80+ RS1.2s in that 29 hours.

In October stock lasted over 3 days.

Good to know.

I think someone posted on here that Maven told them there would be 300 arriving in the November shipment. Will be fascinating to see how long they last this time...

... and whether the rifle I've had up for sale for a year with no bites sells within the next week so I can by an Rs1.2. :) But then that sounds like SWFA kinda hoptimism, doesn't it?

Are you implying that the WUBTS is being discussed/built by SWFA?

I didn’t think they had openly said who they were working with on it.
No.

I haven’t seen any comments from Form/Ryan indicating who they are talking to and I definitely don’t have insider info. (I’m in the I want a new scope now but should I wait instead camp).

I was only commenting that form other public comments on that thread that the WUBTS would be a long term timeline project, not something that any manufacturer is going to drop in time to end up in Santa’s gift sack this year.

SWFA recently sent a scope to review to the guys at Long Range Only. It’s nothing special, but it was nice to see someone at the mother ship is still alive and trying to build up interest. I wonder who else was given a scope to review?
I don’t think that was a newly designed scope. It was one of the few models still in stock at the time.

Is that review up on the website? I’m on there pretty regularly and must have missed it.
