Don't know for sure if its Kenko but for the most part they look unchanged and they are still listed as Made in Japan on the scope.
Many of my SWFA classics came with a little Kenko sticker on them.Don't know for sure if its Kenko but for the most part they look unchanged and they are still listed as Made in Japan on the scope.
swfa says same companies same product qualityAre the G2 still made by Kenko, Japan? Or has production been moved? I'll still give a couple new 6x a try when they come out, but have had excellent experiences with quite a few Kenko products through the years, so was hoping that SWFA continued to use them for a supplier for the SS.
I’ve hunted with a 10x in the past, but it wasn’t my absolute favourite. I have mine on my 17 HMR now, but I am real tempted to put an HD10x on my .308 that I primarily use for plinking. What are you guys using the fixed 10x for? No way I'm hunting with that considering the close shots I often have.
you have a 10xhd? Is it really much different in practical application or just slight better low light conditions?I’ve hunted with a 10x in the past, but it wasn’t my absolute favourite. I use mine for deer hunting with shots ranging from inside 50 yards to 200 yards. I have never had any issues with using them. What are you guys using the fixed 10x for? No way I'm hunting with that considering the close shots I often have.

mine has been lost and delayed for several days now. im so over shipping with USPS and wished i woulda picked the UPS option. hoping i dont have to deal with an actual lost item and hoping it can get another scope shipped.
My USPS tracking says it left Dallas heading to the next location- same thing it has said for a week.Just jumping back in the thread to tell the internet I will never again buy something that has to be shipped USPS.
Not amused at all.
My early gen 1 10x sucked in low light.Does anyone hunt/shoot with the reg ss 10x around low light without issues?

ETA: My package has been in Kansas City twice, and St. Louis twice. Mind you, it's coming from Michigan going to South Dakota.
WTF
It gets me past legal shooting light with no problems at all.Does anyone hunt/shoot with the reg ss 10x around low light without issues?

Someone should refer them to ElonGovernment efficiency at its finest.
Ordered one that shipped on the 3rd and was originally slated to arrive the 6th. It sat at the first location for 4 days before going to fort worth. It's now " late but moving through the network" with no location given. SWFA is having some interesting luck with usps juding by this thread.
