Those of you hunting with the 3-9, how far of shot are you taking? I dont usually use less than 15x for longer range work.

I will usually have mine dialed to the highest setting for anything at 100 yards and further. Since low magnification sucks on ffp scopes, I don’t drop mine below 6x.

I don’t always crank it to 15x but when I have a stationary critter at 600+, I like the extra magnification but I suppose at that point, the 9x would be fine…

Sadly yes, for the overwhelming majority of reticles.

I wound up with a 10x since the 6x was never available. Im about to order another one and for my use in NW WY I'm not sure I would want a 6x if it was available.

I shot a mule deer at 648 yards with the 10x this year. I regularly shoot steel at that range and beyond. Seeing that deer through the scope at that range at 10x, I dont think I would want to go smaller. To reiterate, I've never looked through a 6x just my observation with limited experience.

Ok then - my plan (only I care about it) - 3-15 SWFA on BF. Next year it goes to my 22LR once the Rokscope launches.

But what if you want a Rokscope on your 22?

Great.....so I should have just bought the 3-9x for $499 instead of that Minox for $2k? Now you tell me.

If your Minox is has the THLR reticle, there's likely at least half a dozen people here who would buy it from you ... especially as it sounds as if @EuroOptic have sold out of the latest batch.

wheres the low turrets someone was gonna build for these, i hate these big turrets or i wouls buy 10 of the 3x9
