After upgrading to the NL's 10x52's from a midgrade bino and being blown away, I am in the hunt for a swaro system in the spotter world. Debating the following two options and I don't believe I have seen them discussed:

1. Swaro ATX 85 right now, buying the 65 attachment in the future.
2. Swaro ATS 80 right now, buying the ATC in the future to have two spotters.

Curious on guys that went for these how they would approach this?

Mainly mule deer hunting in foothills type country, occasional high country hunt every 1-2 years. Backpacking 20% of the time, truck hunting 80% of the time. In the middle of the uphill swing into being a trophy hunter and loving it.

ATX 85 seems to be best glass and viewing for what I do 80% of the time, 65 feels like a weight reduction for backpacking while still giving some quality viewing? Used swaro 80 is more affordable now and the benefits of the ATC while backpacking seem awesome and more of a weight savings than going from the 85 to a 65 ATX. I could also do the ATX and add the ATC if it ever felt worthwhile, but likely would not do the 85, 65, and the ATC.

Kowa is also a consideration but really leaning heavy towards swaro.

Thanks!
