My OGL was in jail for 4 days. it will be interesting to see what the wait time will be starting jan 1st.

I have 2, maybe 3 more supressors on my horizon, and I'll likely buy them as soon I find them in stock, cuz availability and approval times likely gonna be a poop show come 2026.

I got one approved today, 4 days to the minute, on a Saturday no less.

I had one approved in 37 hours a couple weeks back. I decided I'd rather have another one now and pay the tax than to watch everything go out of stock and wait times get blown out after January.

Because these companies know what's coming so, at least the stock shouldn't be as big an issue.

Most supressor companies right now cannot keep up. It's just gonna get worse.

Impossible to say. It sure is a good way for companies to get people buying a lot of silencers though. Every dealer is like “the wait is going to get crazy, better buy it now”….who knows what’s going to happen but I panic bought another one just in case the wait times increase.

Is in January 1st shipping? Or January 1st submission to the ATF without having to pay for a tax stamp? It seems like on January 1st the entire backlog of people that purchased and waited to save the money will get submitted. Who knows how many that really is though.

Has anyone here ever had issues with the photo on the Form 4? I made a purchase online back in April and had to submit my own photo. I paid to have one done that meets passport requirements, as I was instructed to do by the online retailer. That purchase went though fine. However, I bought another can yesterday, but this time it was in-person at a local store where they do their own photographs. I opened my email to look at the submitted form, and the photo they took would not meet the passport requirements. I'm a little worried there may be a problem, but the store is a large chain retailer, and they sell multiple cans every day.
