Stuck case, any ideas?

Did you let the spray flash off adequately and did you get some in the neck?

Definitely got some in the neck.
Not sure if the carrier solvent fully flashed off. I gave it about a minute while i was setting up my bench

That’s probably your issue. Needs time to let the alcohol flash off.

Still doesn't make sense to me how the neck was shoved down into the case.

No lube, tight neck die. Neck won.
