STOP!!!!

Not sure why anyone on here would be using PayPal anyway their anti gun. Hammer bullets had $50k in a pay pal business account. And pay pal locked it out and took their money and they never got it back. Plus when I did have pay pal they would hold my money for months before letting me transfer it to my bank acct

I've heard of that happening before. One of the things that kinda steered me clear of using them.

I gotta ask though. Wouldnt it make sense to have an bank account setup just for that?
I guess you could, or you could just not use Paypal/Venmo. Again these were standard business transactions, there was no reason that they should have been flagged let alone have funds seized.

I run a separate checking account for PP. No way I’m letting those assholes into my finances. I don’t even “auto pay” I see offered all the time from businesses.
Yet, I’ve never had an issue with PP.

Tough deal here. I just bought a pair of boots off and guy on here for $2500.00. I insisted on splitting the PayPal fee 50/50. He agreed. I had him send me multiple different pictures and we carried on a text string for a few messages. Gave me a sense of comfort, but I knew deep down, this could go sideways and I'd be depending on my CC and/or PayPal. I always link my CC to PayPal instead of my bank account, knowing they are way easier to dispute and win. It all turned out perfect. I also sent money via Venmo to a known member for a few hundred last week, with little concern he was going to take my money and run. It's really a feel thing imo and you can't be unwilling to "miss" a deal if it isn't right. Too good to be true, usually is.

I think you got ripped off if you paid $2500.00 for boots😀
