I just wanted to let everyone know how Kurt worked with me to get my Sky 5100 dialed in perfectly for me.
After finding the medium 3 piece too big for my 5'6 145b frame, he traded out for the small 3 piece. Initially this felt great, but after a 5 day Wrangell Mountains sheep hunt where I covered 20 miles on the last day, the small was putting a bit of pressure where the padding ended on my hips. This created a horrible bruise that made the last few miles unbearable. Quick to respond as always, from the North Slope no less, Kurt was on the issue. He created a custom belt as soon as he was back home that is in between the small and medium sizes. The pack performed beautifully on both a Chugach mountain goat hunt as well as a Kodiak Deer trip. The absolute best customer service I have experienced from any gear manufacturer, ever.

Same here. You typically read about crap experiences with companies on the Internet, good luck trying to find one with SG!

Brett, the question that needs answering is how did the hunts turn out?! All kidding aside, Kurt is top notch when it comes to helping and answering questions about his packs!

I know it's been said a thousand times but stone glacier has the most world class service imaginable.
I emailed them about my belt size on Monday and received a response from peter the same day.
After explaining my concern about the belt I had peter sent out a new belt for me to try no charge and told me to keep whichever belt felt better and send the other one in.
Can't say enough about the customer service from stone glacier.

My few dealings with the SG staff have always been first class. They seem excited about your journey through the hunting season and keeping you in the woods going strong.
