I just wanted to give a shout out to Kim and stockys customer service. It was an amazing experience. Extremely smooth and easy, they were overly helpful. I have nothing bad to say, and I am usually pretty good at complaining, lol.
If anyone is needing a stock, they are awesome to deal with.
 
Same. I emailed them about a stock I ordered at 2:53 that showed in stock, and then showed backordered on my order. Not really a big deal to me, just checking on lead time and if I should just wait for the Rokstock. Kim emailed back at 2:54 that they have the stock ready to go and it ships tomorrow.
 
Had them on the phone today, solid service and very knowledgeable about their products.
 
I hate to be the lone dissenting voice here, but my experience has been, shall we say, less than stellar. I ordered a stock May 13, 2024. It was on back order, and I’d noticed in previous weeks that it was always on back order. But I was given a delivery date, when I ordered it, of 6 weeks or less. It’s been over 9 weeks now, and Kim told me at 6,7, and 8 weeks, it should be shipping in the next week. Disappointing.
