Starlink T-Mobile Goes Live... Death of the InReach?

Any Info on if this would work in Alaska? Map shows just the Aleutians but maybe someone has tried farther up?

I did a loop from Anchorage to McCarthy to Valdez to Seward a couple of weeks ago and worked flawlessly. Basically just like using the towers. I have T-Mobile and iphone 17.

I just use visible from Verizon and was able to sign up for it. I believe it will be $10/month after 90 days free. Haven’t been able to use it yet as I’m in a pretty covered area for cell service.

It’s a Verizon owned prepaid cell service. Incredible value imo, it’s only $35 for unlimited everything.

I used tmobile/starlink in sw Colorado. I could not get a message out. I will not be retiring the inreach anytime soon.

I was able to get the T-satellite service on my Verizon phone finally. I just contacted them through their website chat feature, and the guy got me set up. $10/month with the auto pay and its up and running. Ill still pack my inreach in case, but seems to work just fine so far. Moment I left service, i got the text from my Tmobile side saying Im on starlink...it gives you a different phone number when you have 2 E-sim cards, so if you are going to text someone, might just need to let them know its you, cause it most likely wont show your normal verizon number
