The area really has made a turn for the worse in the last 5 months.. It really is horrible now.. Congrsts on the move coach!

Best to take some time and just hang out over there. It's a beautiful area and has a lot of great opportunities there.
I have friends in Hayden Lake and in CdA and love visiting there.
If I ever moved it is on the top of my list for areas to consider.

A wise thing to do, and take the local paper: that way you can get a handle on the goings on, and the problems. We consider moving to Wallace, but my home here's a dream come true for someone who's straddled both Europe and America frequently-my mom's family is from Val d`Isere in the French Alps. If everyone spoke French here, I'd be rolling in catnip!
