Yep, at 40 I noticed how much longer it takes to recover, especially hangovers!! Bad hangovers can take 2-3 days before I feel myself again.

So for a 180-200 lbs man you need about three quarts. That’s probably about 2.5 quarts more than most people consume daily.

You really think that most people only drink 16oz of water a day?
