Smith to Make Thread Adapter

I've got a rifle with 9/16-32 threads on the end of it. I need an adapter to go to 5/8-24. Haven't been able to source one so I'm looking for someone to custom make one. Any recommendations for a particular smith?

If you've got enough meat in the barrel I'd cut off the threaded portion and have it threaded properly.
