Has anyone tried the 3 port anchor brake on magnum calibers in comparison to the single port?
I installed the 3 port the day I got my scythe, so that's all I know. It's def softer than my DD Enticer S Ti. Similar to the L Ti.Has anyone tried the 3 port anchor brake on magnum calibers in comparison to the single port?
I noticed a difference between 3 port and flat end cap on a 6 creedmoor. I imagine the gap would be increased with more powder being burned.Has anyone tried the 3 port anchor brake on magnum calibers in comparison to the single port?
What rifle you going to run it on? I’ve got my eye on buying one for my 18” 6.5 saum for next season. The bad influence around here just got me to order my first can. Thanks…

How did your tests turn out on 300 with brake?Picked up a Scythe and DD Wolfhunter yesterday in part to this thread. Thanks guys. FYI - Capital Armory had 55 left when I ordered yesterday afternoon per the guy I was speaking with. I know there's another rokslider who bought one so we're at 53 now. Only thing I'm hoping for is that I can get lucky like the rest of these guys getting quick approvals.
I picked up the bravo 3 port brake to see if it makes a difference or not. If anything I'm wondering if it will help gas escape better for gas guns and I wouldn't mind more recoil mitigation on my 300prc.
It’s a very noticeable recoil reduction on my 6.5 PRC. Nothing scientific but I’d guess 30-40%.I'd really like to know how much recoil is reduced by the brake
The brake it comes with or 3 port? It’s a very noticeable recoil reduction on my 6.5 PRC. Nothing scientific but I’d guess 30-40%.
Seems counter productive.I don't know what the recoil reduction is for a 6.5 prc but it's okay at best. I went from a brake to a can, and spotting hits at 500+ is almost impossible. I think stock design has a lot to do with that also.

It sorta was in that aspect. I had never shot or used a can, but they are all the rage so I picked up a scythe. It's much better for my ears if I don't use ear pro in a quick shot scenario..Seems counter productive.
