Shoutout to Outdoorsmans (again)

I made an order a couple weeks ago and didn't have a tracking number. I called Outdoorsmans today. @Chad Dembinski answered and recognized the order. He explained the situation, apologized profusely for not having communicated before, and without me asking—or knowing—quietly overnighted the stuff because I'm leaving Wednesday morning. I didn't know he did it until I looked at the tracking number.

I love the gear for being bombproof in every condition I put it in, but the chef's kiss is how well they treat customers.

I concur, Outdoorsmans and Chad are awesome. They’ve always taken great care of me. Chad recently went out of his way to do something very nice for me. They’re much appreciated.
