I made an order a couple weeks ago and didn't have a tracking number. I called Outdoorsmans today. @Chad Dembinski answered and recognized the order. He explained the situation, apologized profusely for not having communicated before, and without me asking—or knowing—quietly overnighted the stuff because I'm leaving Wednesday morning. I didn't know he did it until I looked at the tracking number.

I love the gear for being bombproof in every condition I put it in, but the chef's kiss is how well they treat customers.

What do folks buy from them?

I buy their bino adapter. Thats their only product thats been of interest to me. What am I missing?
I use their whole tripod system--Innegra CF tripod, panhead, Swaro balance rail, bino adapter. I love the lever locks and the tripods are absolutely bombproof. It's hard to go back once you've used their stuff. It's expensive for sure, but at the end of the day the stability and strength wins the day.

Best tripod heads for the hunter that can be found. I think other heads get purchased over OD just because they are cheaper. IMO there’s no comparison to the Fluid Head for large optics for hunting. The Innegra tripods are very good for size and weight and nothing really compares there either if that size and weight meets your goal. Yeah I own some RRS but they are a different category. Pretty much everything is US made.

FWIW I own one of the original green tripods. Most everyone thought I was crazy buying one at the time for what they cost. Still gets used, practically bombproof, and I’ll probably have it till I die. :)

We really appreciate that, and try to do our best with customer service as its a huge part of our business! I believe Bryce helped you and I passed this along. These are 2 of the main pillars of our business, Customer service, and the most durable gear that will last you a lifetime. Being able to make it right here in Arizona by our own machinist is the cherry on top. Thanks again and we appreciate your business.

We appreciate you purchasing the bino adapter! If you have any questions on our other items, feel free to shoot Bryce or I a call and we can go over anything with ya.

We are running a summer sale now so if you wanted to peek at the website and check some things out, might not be a bad time. Thank you for your business!

We appreciate that! Those green Tripods are so nostalgic and cool to see out in the field. I wanna say that tripod is probably 20-25 years old? We appreciate you being a long time customer!

Yeah Outdoorsmans is legit. My NL14s broke and Swaro sent them to Outdoorsmans to remove the bino stud, Swaro never sent the stud back to me so I called the store and asked about it and they just sent me one for free. Pretty awesome that I didn’t even have to ask.
