I just grabbed 2 T084's that should work if my Lows don't.Shooting my .223 today w TO84s/ SWFA 3-9/Rokstock I realized I’d likely prefer the mediums. Spend the $ and order them. Worst case you have to resell them on here and lose a couple bucks.

Any way to find out what the closest guy in this photo was shooting as his "practice rifle"?Today. Between -6° F and -11° F.

It’s good stuff so far.Keep your eyes peeled for another 5.56 option early next month. I think you’ll like it![]()
I am about the buy 1000 "AAC 5.56 NATO Ammo 77 Grain OTM" but I have no idea if they "shoot well" in my 223.
Gotta find one before the class ...It was a Tikka 223.
I believe those are loaded with the Barnes match burners. A buddy of mine shoots those through his 18” gasser with great results.Another option for 77gr ammo, @h2so4 provided some Bone Frog .223 ammo loaded w 77gr hpbt for testing. My Tikka liked it… 18” barrel. Avg 2615fps. Max spread around 50fps over 20 rounds.
Shot 10 fairly quick, checked group
Shot another 10 faster, checked group
0.2 mil Right adjustment
Plugged in a BC of 0.350 and walked it out to 600, windage missed 1st shot at 6, corrected and no drama.

I wish those match burners had a better BC. It’s only .349, while a TMK is .418 or so
