Sharpening knives?

I’ve been using the Chefschoice 120 electric sharpener. Works good, knifes are sharp.

So 6mm can we connect after hunting season to have you sharpen ?

Just got a work sharp and like it. I've tried Knife Aid and wasn't impressed.

I’ve used a bunch of different systems/stones.

Arkansas’s stones, blandly angle guide, diamond stones, work sharp belt sharpeners, and even bought a Tormek T4. I find myself using the DMT diamond stones more than anything else. You can free hand or buy any number of angle guides.

There's been more than a few who have been required to use the bandaid after I finished sharpening their knives.

My wife needed more than a bandaid when I decided I was tired of dull knives in the kitchen.

She learned respect that day. The hard way

I love sharpening. From the difficult initial grinds to the smooth glide of the stones and strop as the edge fully develops.

It's therapeutic.
