If it’s a windy day a grid fleece shirt.

If it’s one of those cool perfect mornings no wind just a hint of fog as the sun breaks .. then none just a tshirt base of some sort.
I like feeling the crisp air in the morning..

Wellllllll, when you currently don’t have a mid layer it makes it easy. Nothing! Sure would be nice. In the extreme cold I grab a fuzzy sweater I got all the way back in high school
