Spent a lot of time reading through the Rokslide scope evals before deciding to purchase my first Trijicon product, a Tenmile.

Took it out of the box to find the three,1.5mm screws setting the zero-stop to be uber-torqued with one of the heads already stripped from the factory.

Reviews of Trijicon warranty seem really good or just plain bad. Did I goof going with Trijicon or just get very unlucky?

Was it bought from an authorized retailer?

It's not local. Has to be shipped back either way.
I’d then reach out to retailer and send pictures. Will they pay for return shipping and swap out? Not sure turn around time for Triji but I assume weeks of not multiple months? Especially if you want to use it right away.

You’ll be good, that’s obviously not normal, they will get you squared away and you will have a very solid optic

I’m wondering if it was a return that someone previously bought but said they didn’t touch it, who knows, but don’t let that effect your confidence in the scope, something weird happened, but you will end up with a great scope

Thank you for the reassurance, I will wait for a new/fixed one before I judge them more. I am optimistic given how much I like the scope overall and the reviews here but definitely need/expect the RTZ function to work out of the box.
