Yup. I’m a lawyer that has handled, and would handle in the future, at a reduced rate someone who had a real legal issue with IDFG. Not this one. The time to retain a lawyer for an effective defense or negotiation has long passed.

If you feel like suing IDFG realize that the lawsuit will happen in Custer County most likely. You have made claims of prejudice, those same people could very well be on your jury pool.
My advice, do not throw good money after bad, just take your lumps and move on.
