Just saw yesterday that GFP took grey wolves off of the endangered species list. I know people have shot wolves periodically in the state. Probably more than are reported. Personally I have only cut tracks once in the Hills and never called one during a stand. Curious if others have seen/heard them in the Hills. Or, plan to start seriously pursuing any?

I don't remember what public land me and some buddies hit last week but we saw a couple tracks from some wolves mixed in with the coon and yotes. Didn't spot any though

They have been in the hills a while. They are just admitting it now.

Wolves are just like cats were fifteen years ago “no there is none in the Hills...” Yeah there are wolves and have been. Like I said though for as many miles as I put on for cat tracks I’ve only cut one set. They were huge.
