Well I'm a little disappointed in my progress this week. I was hoping to break 20 tonight but crashed at 18. Beat my previous high by one but I was hoping for more. I paused the video twice for a quick rest as I went to complete the rest of the 30. I came on here and saw the plank Sally video and decided to do that one tonight as well. I made it to 20, probably could have gone a few more but that's where I quit. I feel like I could get pretty close on the planks if I was fresh and hadn't just finished the pushup attempt.
