Nice work!
I'm starting to try checkering. What tools are you using? What lpi?

Ullman tools. 20lpi cutter, 3/16” 90 degree pull cutter, and 3/8” 90 push cutter. Used a small veiner to cut the radius borders. The 3/16 pull cutter did most of the work after laying the lines with 20lpi head. Made my own layout diamond 3.5 to 1 diamond.

What kind of oil did you end up finishing it with? And do you just brush a coat or 2 into the checkering after it's cut?
