80lbs 29" draw.
Tuned in less than 5 mins with a micro rest adjust.
Holds on target better than any bow I've owned.
Great draw even at 80lbs
Absolutely 0 hand shock/vibration at the shot.
I've always been a Bowtech guy but Hoyt hit a home run with this bow.
Out of the box first 2 shots before any adjustments.

Subjective at best. Nice bow.
Subjective for sure but............ My bow shop is 5 mins from my office so I'm in there all of the time unfortunately $$$$$$

But I did get to shoot all of the 2022 bows on many occasions so I did have a good feel for all of the new bows. But yes, subjective.

I've heard the same thing from enough different people that there's likely something to it. I'm not a "new bow" chaser, so I'll likely just admire from a distance and keep shooting my used Realm X. Good to hear that Hoyt hit a home run.
Still have my Realm SR6. Don't plan on ever getting rid of it. Have sold 2 Revolt X's and a Solution since I bought the SR6.

Was thinking of upgrading to this as my first decent bow. Is it worth it for a smaller stature female? I may drive a couple of hours to test one in the next few weeks.

Depending on your draw length. The string angle of the RX7 fits shorter draws better than the RX7 Ultra. I would go shoot them both and then decide though. Most people say they can draw more weight with these bows than they normally do because of how smooth the draw cycle is.

How are you liking the stretch quiver? How close can you get it to the bow and does your hamskea interfere at all? These should be quieter than a tightspot. I've got a 4 arrow 2 piece coming but have never been a fan of shooting with a quiver on. Always a tightspot user and take quiver off to shoot.... except most of my hunting shots elk hunting are with quiver on so am going to try and go that direction, and hoping there isn't a need for a back bar. Also have a rx7 ultra in 80# that im loving!

I was on that Kool-Aid for awhile, but what makes it the bow of the year? It has a lot of nice features, but for the price, the speed is simply piss poor unless you put some gorilla limbs on it like you did.

Looks like hoyt did a great job of getting the quiver in close and tight without requiring a specific rest and sight set up

I still say hoyt would be wise to off and aftermarket draw length specific mod to aid in the speed department. At say 28" on the Ultra you would most likely see 8 to 10 fps gain and not much change in draw cycle. Like at 30" in the Ultra the draw specific mod would be a small gain. Might have to charge $40 to $50 for the mods to justify machining but it would be a good option for those not in the top of a mod. I know some sort of that variant exists already. They need to fix the 29.5” issue on the cams. The Ventum pro is a nice bow, but getting “the shaft” on speed at that DL vs 28 and 29 is a bit weird.

The quiver fits real tight. I'll get a pic tomorrow. It's also a quick disconnect but you loosen high and low to remove. I have tightspots on 2 other bows. I also usually don't shoot with a quiver unless I'm hunting. I do have a back bar but I really don't need one. 10" front and 8" back but I'm thinking I'll go back to the bottom stubby and take the others off. Still experimenting with the stabs though.

Shoots nicer to me than any other bow I've shot or owned. And I've had/done a lot of both. But it's just my opinion of course.

The Ultra is nice, a smooth draw for sure. I have tried to tune a regular RX7 for my buddy after the shop failed, a total PIA to get rid of right tear - his grip or mine. We got it but I don’t like moving a cam almost all the way to one side or the other. Ultimately had to settle for a rest movement so the arrow doesn’t run down the center at rest- hate that. Crazy how much better the ultra is to tune.
