I haven't received tracking/shipping notice yet for mine, so there's no way both have shipped. It just couldn't have happened.

Is anybody really buying one of these just for the chance to win a scope/S2H class? It’s just a cool thing they’re doing. Does nothing to change the “value” of the purchase. Some people can make a negative out of anything. UM didn’t have to do this.

I wasn’t even aware of the golden tickets when I purchased mine.

It also kinda makes sense to send them out in the initial wave of purchases. Reward the people who have been following this and are willing to trust the company/project enough to ante up 1k on a product that’s a bit of an unknown (no pun intended)

I generally agree with you. They also stated it's a 1-time run for Roksliders only, so in theory the whole deal is to "reward" (not the best word for it IMO) their grass roots base.

Disclaimer: I do not hate this suppressor, Unknown, golden tickets, the marketing methods or knitted sweaters for kittens.
