Boredom and a sale email from Eurooptic resulted in me purchasing a CVA Scout Takedown in 308 last night. I have no shortage of rifles and bows, but I like brush busting around GWNF and Monongahela, so here goes another project.

Current plan is
CVA Scout Takedown
Swap stock out for the Sharps Bros 1913 pistol grip and a JMAC Skeleton Stock
Silencerco Scythe Ti Can.
Have a spare Nightforce NX8 1-8 and a Trijicon Ascent 1-4 laying around, leaning towards the Ascent due to how forgiving the eye box is on quick shots.

Seems ridiculous I know, but I use a lot of Appalachian Spur trails and local hiking trails to cut my time up to good hunting areas, would be nice to be able to break down a rifle and have it completely concealed in my bag during those hikes rather than scare the college kids and hippies.
