Returns on PayPal?

What's the "unwritten" rule on returns for Rokslide? Or is there one? I bought some kryptek clothes off a guy for what I thought was a good price. The clothes wasn't properly described and had way more usuage than expected. I wasn't happy with then and will probably never wear it. Didn't return it for a refund but I know I could. Just wondering what the general consensus is for returns/refunds via PayPal

Unfortunately buying used and having received the product PayPal is probably not going to help you. That is going to have to be worked out between the seller and you, which most cases does not end well unless the seller gives you a return option. When buying used online it is a crapshoot and sometimes you are the windshield and sometimes you are the bug. Sorry.

IMO if the seller posted pics, its on the buyer. If not and it was just conjecture, its up for argument. I think condition definitions can easily vary between different people. If there are undescribed cuts/rips/holes/broken parts then that is 100% on the seller. The rest is a case by case basis.

If you paid F&F, you are out of luck. If you paid regular Paypal, you could make a claim that the item was not as described. That's why I always pay reg Paypal, and I put the extra 3% to offset the charge.

That's what I figured. I always pay the 3%. It's was only $40 but I'm never gonna use it. Didn't wanna be a butt about it but at the same time it wasn't properly described and I wouldn't have purchased it. PayPal usually is fairly buyer biased. I was just curious if anyone else has had similar problems

Never use F&F unless you really TRUST the seller. Absolutely no recourse if you do.
Yeah I've never used f & f. 3% rarely is alot extra and in my experience PayPal usually sides with the buyer

Yep, that is why I usually have very few reservations about buying something from someone as long as they will take regular PayPal. You can definitely get your money back if it's a shady deal.
