Removing floor from tent

I have been running a Tarptent Moment for several years and love it except for having a floor to collect dirt, moisture, etc. Anyone have experience converting a Tarptent to a floorless shelter?

I thought they all had removable nests. My notch does and the moment on their site does too. Yours must be older model with sewn in nest ?

No, I haven't.

my guess is you have to be careful as the floor is probably adding stability to the tent itself. It is in my HS tarptent.
