Keep it up brotha!! It only gets easier and easier. Especially if it wasnt a big problem. Itll take a little bit to get rid of that weight. I think it took me 4 or 5 months before my excess eating too match the calories i lost from beer subsided, and for my metabolism to catch back up. Lost 80 lbs though and got back to fighting weight without even changing what I eat or having to work out.Doing well, thanks for checking. 103 days for me, which is the longest I've gone without a drink since I started in high school. Wasn't a big problem, but was a change that has been positive for me. Now if the beer gut would just disappear, that would be great.
I come back to this thread often, it's my little crutch. keep up the work everybody.
Was it a bud light? That has happened to me a few times. I use to sell beer though, and had a basically unlimited supply of non alcoholic stuff that actually tasted good. And it has electolytes in it! I don't drink it any more though. If you need some, look for wellbeing heavenly wheat. Tried most every NA beer, and thats the only "good" one. Keep up the good work!1 Beer last weekend. Completely dry other than that, since February. I was catfishing, it was hot as hell and it sounded pretty darn good. It didn't taste nearly as good as it sounded. I was up 8 pounds but was still working out and eating pretty much the same. I changed my workout time shake around and have dumped that 8 pounds plus an additional 6. I re-listened to the Huberman podcast on Monday, just to reinforce myself.
