Question for CVA scout V2 owners

I have a 35 Whelen in route. I was wondering if there is enough clearance to use a 40 mm objective in low mounts on this rig. I plan on using the bear creak rail and rings. Do any of you have a 40 in lows? If so how is it at the front and by the trigger spur? Thanks in advance
