Puffy jacket - hooded or hoodless?

I went with no hood . I tolerate a hood on a rain jacket because I know they are necessary. But for a heavy insulation layer I find I like a neck ggaiter and beanie. I can regulate better and no side vision problems . Just another option

I pretty much decided I hate hoods on all non-rain jackets..

Just get in the way of my pack..

If I get cold I just wear my Shemagh/Beanie/Face Gaiter..

I do LOVE detachable hoods though..
